The customer service was Awesome. Because we are in a different city we had to do everything via phone. This was a new way for us to do our Balck History Bowl and new for them all together. They asked many questions to ensure they had everything the way we needed. Susan and (sorry cant recall the guys name) were SUPERB! The only thing I wish could have been different was the buzzers- they all sounded a little alike (LOL) and some way the audience could see the buzzers lighting up. We discussed this for next year. This is a 2hour event for us and it means so much to our youth and the community. Though my budget is not set up for this, I am hoping next year we will be able to have them back to do it again. Maybe at a discounted price. 🙂 Thank you for all you did. It was a great time.

BBFH is the best party addition I could ever hope for. Their timeliness in communication prior to events ensures that we are all on the same page. Their people who come out and work the events are ALWAYS very friendly and go out of their way to do what they can to help us out. The South Vermillion Post Prom Committee was very pleased with Big Bounce Fun House and everything we rented for our post prom event. Wipeout was definitely a fan favorite. Susan & Andy were fantastic to work with. We had some bad weather that came in the morning of their arrival and we had to move them to a new location. We made it through day one. On day two I called them to ask if we could move them to a new location. They were able to move and get going. Through all the rain and the massive amount of moving things, they always had a smile on their faces and were up to any new challenge we had. All of their staff were soaked and kept on working. Last year's After Prom Committee rented most of their entertainment from Big Bounce last year and had nothing but praise for your business. They also had rented an item or two from someone in town, who behaved badly After - Prom 2016. So I looked Big Bounce up on the internet, which your set up is presented nicely, easy to maneuver and you have a very nice selection. I made my mind up before I called that I was only going to use Big Bounce and I don't regret it . In fact I am going to encourage the 2018 After Prom to use you. I spoke to Lori Lewis and placed my order. She answered all my questions and made suggestions that I appreciated, since it was my first time organizing an After Prom event. The event staff was punctual, courteous, efficient, and a great attention to detail. I wish I could remember all their names, but I don't. However the event leader, Joey I do. We do not have the best gym to get into and he was nice, patient and made me so happy I chose Big Bounce. The entire staff was knowledgable of the equipment, their duties, hard working, respectful to each other, the customer (me and the chaperones) and the kids. Plus they seem to enjoy their job.
